WJH 2024 Eclipse Celebration followed by Eclipse Ice Cream
Charger Nation,
Today marks an extraordinary day for our school community as we gather to witness the rare beauty of a solar eclipse. This celestial event will begin at 12:31 p.m., reach its awe-inspiring peak at 1:48 p.m., and conclude at 3:05 p.m., offering a profound moment of wonder lasting several hours. At WES, the safety and educational enrichment of our students are our utmost priorities. To ensure a safe viewing experience, all participants will be equipped with federally-rated safety glasses and will remain under the vigilant supervision of our dedicated staff throughout the event. This is a unique opportunity for our students to witness the wonders of the cosmos firsthand, fostering a deep appreciation for science and astronomy. Thank you for your continued support as we share this extraordinary experience together.
Warmest regards,
Dr. Troy Pitsch
