Dear Parents/Guardians:
Our 2023-2024 Online Enrollment/Registration process is now open! Please continue to read the following email, specifically the difference between enrollment & registration. To help facilitate this process, I have attached a Skyward Step by Step Online Registration Guide. At any time, feel free to email your building secretaries with any questions or problems.
Terminology Explanation:
ONLINE REGISTRATION is what you will be completing for all of your returning students. This will be done using your Skyward Family Access, which everyone has access to. Again, please reference the attached Step by Step Guide for helpful instructions. Note that if you are trying to complete the registration process on your phone, you will need to load the Desktop Version of your Skyward App. Here is the link for your Skyward Family Access:

ONLINE ENROLLMENT is for all brand new students. Today's email is geared towards those with Skyward Family Access already. So specifically, this would be for a new Preschool student or a new family member because of guardianship. Since you already have Skyward Family Access, you will use this following link to ENROLL your new student:

NEW FAMILY: If you know of a brand new family/student(s) moving into the district, direct them to our new USD 329 Enrollment/Registration website, housed under USD329.com/Quicklinks/Enrollment. They will then be directed to this Skyward Family Account Request:

E-FUNDS: Our Online Payment Vendor will continue to be E-Funds this year. You will find an E-Funds Parent Guide attached to this email as well. Through E-Funds, you will be able to still make payments towards your lunch balance. We will also continue utilizing the Fee Management module. We will begin assessing fees associated with your child’s education through this module after the Registration process is over. This will allow you to be able to see these fees assessed through your Skyward Family Access account and if you want, pay them online through E-Funds. I will send out an email when those fees are assessed, so please be looking for that email.
USD 329 ENROLLMENT/REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS: Please take note that one of the first steps of the Online Registration process will take you to the Quicklinks/Documents/USD 329 Enrollment/Registration portion of our USD 329 website. Along with important information, it also holds forms that you may want/need to fill out and send back. For example: Medication Forms, KSHSAA Physical forms, Concussion forms and Meal Modification forms. So please take note that some of these forms are required for what they are designed for, so returning them may be critical.
Again this year, KSDE’s Food Service Application is now online. Since this is directly tied to our district’s federal funding, we would appreciate everyone filling it out. Based on eligibility, your child’s school fees could also be reduced or free. So again, if an application is approved, this not only benefits you but the district. So thank you for your help in ensuring that our district receives all the funding available to us!

To finish, please complete this important process as soon as you can. Deadline is July 31st, as we need this information to begin preparing for the start of school. I also want to remind you that at any point, please email your building secretary or myself with any questions. I will try and get back to you as soon as I can. Note that the Online Registration process will save your steps, so you can start/stop as needed until you hit Submit.
